Hurry Up and Wait...
The mantra of the military. Flight out delayed a full day. As I jokingly remarked many times during the pre-deployment process, never have I worked so hard to go somewhere I had no desire to go (ok, truthfully I wanted to deploy -- but you see the point).
There are far worse places in the world to have a flight delayed than Chez DeVito :)
